Since 2013, Whiskey Street has resonated with the clink of glasses, the warmth of fellowship, and a carefully curated whiskey list that became the pride of Salt Lake. The blaze may have swept through our doors—but the spirit we built lives on. And one day soon, it’ll flow again.

August 2025 – Fire devastates the block; Whiskey Street is deemed a total loss
Late 2025 – Planning, insurance claims, structural assessment
2026 – Salvaging historic elements, designing anew, whiskey collection restoration
