The Rotisserie Inn served Italian and French fare at 323 South Main Street since it was opened on July 10th, 1915 until its doors were closed 42 years later. It was owned by Cesare Rinetti and Frank Capitolo who offered up some of the best dishes in downtown Salt Lake City. Whiskey Street is a fitting successor to the Rotisserie Inn under the expertise of chef Matt Crandall. He will not serve you typical “bar food.” Instead, you will dine on elegant, delectable meals which showcase the freshest produce and finest meats. Nestle into a cozy booth or grab a stool for family-style dining to enjoy our superlative food at lunch and dinner.
